"Pegasus successful 2-day Basketball Team Try-out camp wraps up" Honolulu, Hawaii - November 16, 2009
The Honolulu Pegasus Basketball team completed , over the week-end, an exciting basketball try-outs. As they prepare for their season opening against the Seattle Mountaineers on December 4, 2009, the Pegasus team began to select their players for this enthusiastic 2009-10 A.B.A Season. 30 local players from Honolulu participated in Head Coach LaShun McDaniel physical demanding camp. "We are excited about this group of players that will be returning for our veterans camp. This groups of players will allow us to be competitive for an A.B.A Championship in our 1st year in this league.

Ramar Carlos Pegasus Powers up in the PaintHonolulu, Hawaii October 4, 2009 Picking up steam from the commitment of Japanese point guard Hirofumi Oga, the Honolulu Pegasus has reached an agreement with 7 foot 3 inch 275 pound center Mike Boone. 
He attended the University of California Davis in which he stood as the tallest player in U.C. Davis mens basketball program history. Fresh out of U.C. Davis, Boone brings an agressive shot blocker and power post player to a Pegasus team that's quickly developing into one of the strongest teams in the A.B.A.
"We have a diamond in the rough with Mike Boone. Every N.B.A., European and top Asian professional basketball teams need a player of Boone size and basketball ability. With his decision to be with our team is truly something special and we feel very fortunate to be in this position. I am quite sure after this season his services will be needed for teams in the N.B.A., Asia and Europe". Stated by Pegasus Head Coach LaShun McDaniel.
"I first want to thank the Pegasus staff for giving me this opprtunity to be a part of their plans this 2009-10 A.B.A. season. It will be a pleasure and joy to reward the city and county of Honolulu with an A.B.A. Championship. I know this will require hard work and sacrifice but with a united team and great fans we should be very difficult to beat", Boone says.

Many positions are still available as well as the date and time for the Honolulu Pegasus dance team try-outs. Honolulu has a Hiro
Honolulu,Hawaii September 22, 2009 The Honolulu Pegasus basketball team has come to an agreement with Hirofumi Oga of Tokyo,Japan to become a member of their basketball team for the 2009-10 A.B.A. season.
The 6 foot 2 inch lightning quick point guard burst on the professional scene during the 2006 N.B.A. Summer Pro League in Los Angeles,Ca. Hiro as he is known by family and friends played in the A.B.A. for the South Alabama Bounce during the 2006-07 season where he average 10 points and 5 assist per game. Hiro also was selected to the 2007 A.B.A. Selection Team Asian Tour.
"We feel very fortunate to have a player like Hiro and with his leadership skills as a point guard we feel that we are making great strides of putting together a strong Pegasus team that will win this season. Also with Hiro we have a player that the Japanese-American community in Honolulu can identify with and support the Honolulu Pegasus in a huge way". Stated by Pegasus President and Head Coach LaShun McDaniel. "I am honor to be apart of a professional organization like the Honolulu Pegasus and will work extremely hard for our team to win the A.B.A. Championship this 2009-10 season. I also want to thank the city and county of Honolulu for giving me this opportunity to be apart of this historic basketball organization", Hiro says.
